Refund policy

At Bagandaxbeads we pride in giving the customer the best option for the situation. Accepting returns on all beaded jewelry and merchandise that is still tagged as new. The product has to remain as it was shipped out. Any tampering or breakage seals will result in the product being ineligible for return/refund. 

There are NO REFUNDS FOR POPPED TIE ON WAIST-BEADS. As the Tie-on Waist beads are shipped out with 1/2 an inch to an inch worth of extra beading to allow adjustment before tying it on. There is extra thread to allow free tying so that the beads dont accidentally spill while tying.
